-Implement login with password hash validation and new authenticated session.
-update last login time and show success or error.
-redirect successful login and visits to user-list.
-allow signed-in users to view list while keeping role change and delete restrict to admin.
-test wrong password, successful login, refresh, login redirect, logout and access after logout.
